This single-origin medium roast is perfect for espresso, but its bold taste, full body, and mellow acidity guarantee a great cup no matter the brew method.
Grown in Chapada de Minas, a southeastern region of Brazil, the tropical climate and high elevation allow for warm days and cool nights, helping to develop a depth and complexity to the coffee's flavor.
In Brazil, the natural processing method uses as little intervention as possible, and coffee cherries are dried while they're still on the tree, resulting in a richer, sweeter flavor with notes of smooth dark chocolate and toasted granola.

This is my third 5lb bag now from Mother Moon and as always the quality is fantastic!
As soon as I opened my mailbox I could tell by the smell that my coffee beans had come. This stuff makes big chain grocery store coffee seem like cheap hotel drip!
It’s well worth the money for ethically sourced coffee beans roasted and packaged by wonderful people. I hope Mother Moon will be around roasting excellent coffee for years to come
